In this engaging LEGO construction class, children will learn how to read LEGO building instructions and analyze the parts and quantities needed for their group projects. Depending on their grade level, each group will focus on assembling a specific model: lower grades will build a Tetrapod, middle grades will construct a Tyrannosaurus Rex, and upper grades will create a Plesiosaurus. Once the basic models are completed, each group will participate in a "Transform and Innovate" activity, where they creatively modify their models to explore new designs and functions.
